Why Nexus exists.

Hospitals are being asked to adopt clinical AI faster than their integration and governance models were built to allow. The usual answer is another integration, another server, and another place where nobody can say what ran on whom.

Nexus exists to make the foundation a hospital builds once serve every application that follows — its own, its vendors', and its researchers' — without the data leaving the institution.

The moat is the layer above infrastructure. A partner configuration exists for sites with nothing suitable; it is not the product.

Controls, not promises

Every claim on this site should be checkable by the reader's own team. Where it is not yet, it is labelled.

Open standards

HL7 v2, FHIR R4, DICOM, LOINC, SNOMED and UCUM. A hospital's data should never be trapped in our format.

Customer-controlled infrastructure

The platform runs where the data already lives, including where that is an air-gapped or sovereign environment.

One governance model

Our applications and other people's obey the same scopes, isolation and audit path. No privileged exceptions for ourselves that we hide.

Clinical workflows stay human-controlled

Applications propose. People approve. Nothing reaches a hospital system on an application's own authority.

Sahithi is a Stanford graduate and an accomplished tech leader with over a decade of experience in data, SaaS, AI, and healthcare innovation. She has spearheaded strategic products at Google, and Aetna, developing scalable real-time systems and AI-driven analytics. Sahithi is the visionary behind NexusHealth's personalized AI assistant, Jarvis, and the Doctor's Copilot clinical support tool.
