Quality & Audit Pack

Build structured quality and accreditation reports from hospital records using cohorts defined by the hospital.

AntibiogramRobson groupsICU qualityColonoscopyPost-ERCP

Intended use

Quality reporting over records the hospital already holds, for review by its quality and governance teams.

What it does not do

It identifies no patient, produces no patient list, computes nothing prognostic, and refuses a figure it cannot derive honestly.

Evidence Search

Search a locally mounted corpus of published medical literature without giving the application access to patient data or the internet.

Intended use

Literature retrieval for clinicians, librarians and researchers. It returns papers with their sources.

What it does not do

It drafts no answer, generates no citation, declares no data scopes, and is given no channel to patient data.

Research Workspace

Governed notebook access to pseudonymized clinical data, with approval-bound permissions and complete query auditability.

Intended use

Research analysis inside the institution, for research use and not for clinical care.

What it does not do

It grants no unrestricted access. Row-level extracts are refused until an approval is recorded, and again once it expires.

Care Gap Worklist

Surfaces overdue care-process steps based on hospital-defined rules and routes proposed actions for human approval.

Intended use

Workflow support for hospital staff reviewing care-process steps that have not been recorded as done.

What it does not do

It does not recommend treatment, and it does not apply clinical guidelines — rule sets classified as guidelines are refused.

Pathology Reporting

Structures a dictated report into the site's reporting dataset and checks mandatory fields before sign-out.

Intended use

Structured reporting and completeness support for pathologists, who review and sign every report.

What it does not do

It proposes no diagnoses. Development is waiting on de-identified cases from a partner site.

Case Timeline

Assembles a patient's prior results, reports and outside records into a single view.

Intended use

Display of records the hospital already holds, for clinicians reviewing a case.

What it does not do

It reads the record and adds nothing to it.

Endoscopy Workflow

Procedure capture and archive, withdrawal-time measurement, photo-documentation completeness and a procedure report draft.

Intended use

Workflow and documentation support around an endoscopy procedure.

What it does not do

It performs no image analysis. Any real-time image product is a separate, cleared third-party application.

Accreditation Engine

Maps ledger and case data to accreditation standards, collects evidence continuously, and assembles an inspection pack.

Intended use

Accreditation evidence management for quality teams.

What it does not do

Not built. The indicator half of it ships today as the Quality & Audit Pack.

Radiology Workflow

Worklist ordering, report drafting and critical-finding escalation around hosted third-party imaging applications.

Intended use

Workflow support around imaging operations.

What it does not do

Nexus builds no imaging analysis models. Those are supplied by vendors holding their own clearances.
